These Terms govern your use of curacaoautomation.com (the "Site"), operated by Curaçao Automation ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What we provide
The Site is an informational website that lets you learn about our web design and business automation services, book a free consultation call, and run a free website speed test. Booking a call creates no obligation to purchase, and any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Website speed test
The speed test uses Google PageSpeed Insights to estimate how a website performs. Results are provided for general information only, on an "as is" basis, and can vary between runs and from real-world conditions. They are not a guarantee of performance, and any changes you make to your website based on them are your responsibility.
3. Bookings
Consultation calls are offered free of charge and subject to availability. We may reschedule or cancel a call where necessary, and you are welcome to do the same by contacting us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you will not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site;
- probe, scan, or attempt to breach its security;
- use it to send spam or unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or
- submit another person's details without their permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, and code) are owned by Curaçao Automation and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission, other than normal personal viewing of the Site.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site relies on third-party services (such as Google, Vercel, Upstash, and Zoho) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, which are governed by their own terms.

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information or speed-test result is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curaçao Automation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Curaçao.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
